REGULAR MEETING OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
DECEMBER 14, 2009
President Holdman called the regular Board of Trustee meeting at 6:30 p.m.
President Holdman led the Board in the Pledge of Allegiance.
PRESENT: Holdman, Lotus Pallardy, Mallis, Rackow, Ponczek
ABSENT: Janchenko, Thurston
ALSO PRESENT: Attorney Skelton, Auditor Horstman, Director Murphy
President Holdman asked for any additions or corrections to the Regular Board meeting of November 9, 2009..Mallis made a motion to accept the minutes as circulated. Motion carried. President Holdman asked for any additions or corrections to the Public Hearing for the Levy. Mallis moved to accept the Public Hearing minutes as circulated. Motion carried.
LEGAL REPORT
Attorney Skelton let the Board know that he filed the Levy.
AUDITOR’S REPORT
AudtiorHorstman read the Financial Report for the month of December. Lotus Palllardy made a motion to accept the Auditor’s Report. Motion carried.
COMMUNICATION
Director Murphy read a letter from Argo High School Scholarship Program. Ponczek made a motion to accept the Communications Report. Motion carried.
LIBRARIAN’S REPORT
Director Murphy talked about our Christmas decorations. She also told the Board that the Village gave us free garland for the front of the building . She also thanked the Board for the Staff Christmas Party. Director Murphy also talked about the Wolves Reading Program. Mallis made a motion to accept the Librarian and Youth Service Reports. Motion carried.

Treasurer Lotus Pallardy read the following:
Total Payroll through December 14, 2009 $35,541.65
Total Bills through December 14, 2009 $42,766.95
Total Expenditures through December 14, 2009 $78,308.60
Treasurer Lotus Pallardy moved to accept and pay the bills. On a roll call vote: Ayes: Lotus Pallardy, Mallis, Rackow, Holdman.PonczekNayes: None. Motion carried.

OLD BUSINESS
Mallis made a motion to continue the tradition of Christmas Bonuses. Part Time Employees receive $25.00 and Full Time Employees receive $50.00. UPS, Post Office and Paper Delivery $l5.00. On a roll call vote: Ayes: Lotus Pallardy, Mallis, Rackow, Holdman. Ponczek. Nayes: None Motion carried.
