President Holdman called the Public Hearing for the Adoption of Appropriation Ordinance 2009-03 to order at 6:56 p.m.

PRESENT: Mallis, Rackow,Thurston, Lotus/Pallardy, Holdman,

Janchenko, Ponczek

ALSO PRESENT: Director Murphy, Attorney Skelton

President Holdman called the Public Hearing for the Adoption of Appropriation Ordinance 2009-03 to order at 6:56 p.m.

Mallis moved to approve Appropriation Ordinance 2009-03 as presented. On a roll call vote: Ayes: Mallis, Rackow, Thurston, Lotus/Pallardy, Janchenko, Ponczek, Holdman. Nayes: None Motion approved.

Mallis made a motion to approve Appropriation Ordinance 2009-03 authorizing the Levy on the 0.02% tax. On a roll call vote: Ayes: Mallis, Rackow, Thurston, Lotus/Pallardy, Ponczek, Holdman. Nayes: None Motion carried.
